What are the delivery charges for online purchases?

The charge varies depending on the situation or Priority of your order:

Priority Categories:
Category 1: Within an hour after your order is confirmed or Emergency Maintenance/Service. This attracts an additional fee of N1,000.

Category 2: Regular Refill Request, to be delivered anytime within 24 hours; Flat Delivery Rate of N300

Category 3: A Scheduled Routine Refill (Anytime within the week). This entitles you to a free 3kg refill after your 5th Scheduled Routine Refill.

What Payment options are available online?
  • Pay with wallet
  • Pay with debit or credit card
  • Online Transfer (Please note that your order will only dispatched once your payment is confirmed)
How long will delivery take?

This depends on the Priority rating of your order and external factors like traffic jams and other restriction in movement. However, rest assured that we are committed to delivering your refill within your stipulated timeframe to the best of our ability.

What exactly happens after I place my order?

Your order is assigned to a delivery team and dispatched at the stipulated time to the address indicated. We contact your onsite contact person upon arrival, weigh the cylinder, install and issue an invoice.

Do I receive an invoice?

Two invoices are issued, a physical invoice to the person who receives the delivery and an electronic one. NROG subscribers can also view their invoices on their profile.
